We are living in a world where people are way dependent on the emotions of other people and think that they have the right to do whatever they want with the person they ‘love’.

Are slaps and punches or jealousy signs of true love or any kind of love? Absolutely NOT because you don’t torture the person you love but treat him/her with care. Trust is a sign of love and not jealousy. Read the story of a girl who faced hell while dating a psychopath and apply her advice if you’re going through the same situation and learn how to fight for your life.

“Maybe I made him a psychopath or maybe he was born that way – I don’t know. All I know is that I didn’t deserve his nasty behavior and all those threats and insults.

I’m not talking about a sociopath who calls you ten times a day just to make sure you’re not cheating on him but a real sociopath who abused me physically and mentally.

It was his first serious relationship and I was his first in bed but he wasn’t my first in anything and that was causing him frustration which reflecting on his behavior. At the beginning, he acted like an angel but later he revealed his devil horns. He started asking about my ex-boyfriends and demanded details of our sex life which were made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Imagine talking with your boyfriend about the sex life with your previous boyfriends in details. Well, I survived that too and I’m still alive. Of course, he wanted me dead so many times while imagining me and my ex-boyfriends having sex but yes, I survived his psychopathic behavior, his beating, and mental abuse.

When I wanted to wear red lipstick, he was freaking out saying only whores wear red lipstick. When I wanted to wear a mini skirt or neckline, he also said only prostitutes dress that way, not forgetting to slap me after.  I said to my self – “Your dad never raised a hand to you. Are you’re going to allow this psychopath to continue torturing you?”

I knew that I have to get rid of him as soon as possible, although that getting away from a guy like this is never easy and can end up tragically. However, I had to take a chance and risk my life to save my life. I reported him and he was supposed to go to jail. At the day of the trial, he begged me with tears in his eyes not to say anything.

I didn’t feel sorry for him but I imagined what would happen once he gets out from jail – he would probably become crazier and more bitter than before. I didn’t want to be afraid of him my whole life, so I decided to let him go. I told him that if he ever comes back, one of us is going to lose the next fight, and that’s not going to be me.

Girls, if you’re facing some of these guys right now, don’t be afraid to fight for your life and report the person who’s torturing you. Do whatever it takes to save yourself because no one is going to do it for you. And NO – he’ll never change as you hope so. Guys like that never change.

Be careful with picking boyfriends/husbands and don’t pretend to be someone you’re not just to be loved. If someone loves you, he will accept your past and try to build a future together instead of torturing you for your past – remember this.”
